Questions
Common questions about how we work
Do you provide legal, tax, or customs advice directly?
No. We provide business consulting, market-entry assistance, sourcing and project coordination. Legal, tax, accounting, customs and other licensed professional services are provided by independent, appropriately qualified third-party professionals we coordinate with as needed.
Do you guarantee buyers, suppliers, or import approval?
No. We identify, approach and help develop relevant commercial and professional relationships, and help you understand applicable requirements. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including decisions made by regulators, financial institutions, and counterparties.
Do you personally handle customs entries or freight?
No. We are not a licensed customs broker or freight forwarder. We coordinate with the licensed professionals in our network who handle those functions.
Can you work with a project that touches more than one service?
Yes — most projects do. Market entry, sourcing, and import/export coordination often overlap on the same project, and we work across them as needed.
Do you personally provide mortgage loans or act as my real estate agent?
For mortgage financing, yes — Duc is a licensed U.S. mortgage professional and the CEO of Wonder Rates, a licensed mortgage brokerage, so lending guidance comes directly from that license. For buying or selling property, we coordinate with licensed real estate agents and brokers in our network rather than acting as your agent ourselves.
Not sure which service fits your project?
Most projects touch more than one of these areas. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll point you in the right direction.
