Duc's career started in banking — business loans and mortgages — and widened into real estate, telecom, seaport logistics, petroleum, agriculture and frozen food trade. Billions of dollars in transactions across those sectors isn't a credential for a wall; it's the reason he can tell within a conversation or two whether a deal is real, what will hold it up, and who needs to be at the table.
